Aeration and Overseeding Services: Preparing for a Beautiful Lawn

We appreciate your trust in us to transform your yard into a lush, green paradise. To ensure the success of your lawn rejuvenation, we need your cooperation in coordinating access to your sprinkler system and any necessary gate access.

Why Do We Need Access to Your Sprinkler System?

Aeration and overseeding are fundamental steps in promoting a healthy and thriving lawn. Aeration allows for better penetration of air, water, and nutrients into the soil, while overseeding fills in bare or thin spots with fresh, vibrant grass. To perform these tasks effectively, we must locate and avoid your sprinkler heads to prevent any accidental damage, which could lead to costly repairs and interruptions in your irrigation system.

How Can You Help Us?

Here are a few ways you can assist us in ensuring a smooth aeration and overseeding process:

1. **Sprinkler System Information**: Please provide us with information about the location of your sprinkler system’s control box and any specifics regarding access. This might mean leaving a garage walk-through door unlocked or sharing the garage code with us. Whatever makes you most comfortable.

2. **Gate Access**: If your lawn is enclosed by a gate, please ensure that it remains unlocked on the scheduled service day. We cannot give a time that we will be there so please leave it unlocked the entire day until you know we have been there.  This will allow our team to access your yard without any delays.

3. **Clearing the Lawn**: Before our arrival, make sure your lawn is clear of any obstructions, such as toys or debris. An unobstructed lawn ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service.

4. **Mark Obstructions**: If there are any other obstacles, like hidden sprinkler heads or shallow underground utilities, that we should be aware of, please let us know. This information will help us ensure a safe and effective aeration process.
